Kenny Kilmurry ‘homegrown’ in the West of Scotland is a keen golfer, being a member of Royal Troon.

He has worked extensively in the professional sporting arena including football, rugby, golf, and ice hockey Super league as a professional sports practitioner from 1996 as well as running a very busy and demanding practice. He has gained a wealth of knowledge with all sports injuries having adapted the technique to suit the challenges. His point of focus for his work is mainly mechanical and structural re-alignment, treating back, neck, joint and muscular pain conditions. Kenny Kilmurry as the only Instructor in Scotland for many years, was responsible for the initial growth of Bowen in Scotland.

In 2008 due to the demands of a very busy clinic, Kenny resigned as one of the two examiners and as Senior Instructor in the UK and Ireland.

Mary-Jane Kilmurry having learned the technique in South Africa and completed her Instructorship in Australia, took up the mantle of Bowen in South Africa as President of the Association as well as teaching the technique and running a very busy clinic, treating people with many diverse problems such as gunshot injuries resulting in paralysis, female related problems, abuse victims and HIV / aids. In 2004 she moved to the UK with her two teenage children. She joined Kenny as a partner in his clinic in 2007 and they were married in 2008. The point of focus for her work is mainly chemical and energetic, and works with children and babies.

In 2008 Mary-Jane resigned as an Instructor in order to focus on the clinic and became a practitioner in Matrix Energetics in 2008.
